• About Us

LongWings Education is a K–12 education center offering programs in coding, robotics, mathematics, debate, and academic enrichment. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented Design & Sales Manager to promote our programs, strengthen our social media presence, and grow student enrollment.

• Key Responsibilities

Design engaging marketing materials, including flyers, posters, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.

Plan, create, and publish social media content to build brand awareness and generate inquiries.

Communicate with prospective families, explain course offerings, and recommend programs that match students' interests and goals.

Follow up with inquiries and trial-class participants to support enrollment and achieve sales goals.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.

Track inquiries, enrollment results, and social media performance to improve outreach.

Assist the Academic Director with class scheduling, teacher coordination, and other instructional arrangements.

• Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication skills.

Experience creating content and managing social media accounts for a business or organization.

Previous experience in sales, with strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Interest in education and comfort communicating with parents and students.

• Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, student enrollment, or local business marketing.

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.

Photography, short-form video production, or video editing skills.

English and Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
