Graphics and Marketing Assistant
We're looking for a Graphics and Marketing Assistant to support our creative and marketing efforts. This is a part-time, remote internship role.
About the Role
You'll work alongside our marketing team to help create compelling visual content and support ongoing marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where your design work and marketing contributions will be visible and impactful from day one.
What you'll do
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital and print materials- Assist with the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms- Support the creation of marketing collateral including flyers, banners, and promotional assets- Help maintain brand consistency across all visual communications- Conduct basic market research and compile reports to inform campaign strategies- Collaborate with team members on creative briefs and campaign planning- Assist with updating website content and basic digital marketing tasks
About you
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Good communication and collaboration skills- A portfolio of design work (academic or professional) is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)- Familiarity with basic SEO or Google Analytics- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)- Experience managing social media accounts
