Position: Work Migration Engineer – SustainabilityLocation: Spring, TX (Onsite)Experience: 5–8 YearsRate: $38/hr on C2CDuration: 12 Months

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Work Migration Engineer – Sustainability with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in work migration, process mapping, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage work migration activities within the Oil & Gas industry.* Develop and implement flowcharts to map business and work processes.* Organize discussions with customers to understand requirements and prepare supporting documentation.* Obtain appropriate alignment and approvals from customers.* Coordinate with the India execution team to understand execution plans and communicate updates to customer stakeholders.* Standardize work processes using industry best practices.* Coordinate activities to align with business expectations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.* Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio for project documentation and communication.* Apply strong business acumen to align project goals with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.* 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in sustainability-related projects.* Field experience in a refinery or upstream production plant is an advantage.* Experience analyzing environmental regulations related to air, water, and waste.* Ability to evaluate compliance alternatives and provide recommendations.* Experience in ESG reporting, assurance processes, lifecycle assessment (LCA), and carbon accounting methodologies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
