PK SPACES is a global project execution company specializing in hospitality, theme parks, stadiums, and commercial environments.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technology-savvy Business Operations & Project Coordinator to support daily business operations, project coordination, supplier communications, and management activities.
**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate daily operational and project-related activities.- Track deadlines, commitments, approvals, and deliverables.- Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and project management systems.- Prepare operational reports, correspondence, and meeting follow-ups.- Identify potential delays and proactively escalate issues.- Support workflow improvements and technology-driven efficiencies.
**Ideal Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.- Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency.- Comfortable learning CRM systems, project management tools, and AI applications.- Excellent English communication; Spanish preferred.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and accountable.
