About TrueRideShare

TrueRideShare is an innovative peer-to-peer ride-sharing platform that connects Riders and Drivers already traveling in the same direction.

Unlike traditional ride-hailing services, TrueRideShare operates without per-ride platform fees or commissions. Our application is fully developed, tested, and operational.

We are launching a university pilot program and seeking motivated, entrepreneurial students to help introduce TrueRideShare to their campus communities.

The Role

As a Campus Pilot Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the TrueRideShare founding team to help launch, organize, and manage our university pilot program.

Our objective is to recruit approximately 50 Student Riders and 50 Student Drivers at each participating university, encourage active participation, and evaluate how students use the TrueRideShare platform.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startup operations, project management, digital marketing, and community development.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit Student Riders and Drivers through campus organizations, student networks, and digital outreach.

Assist participants with registration and onboarding.

Encourage students to post trips, search for rides, and connect through the TrueRideShare app.

Coordinate pilot activities and communicate regularly with participants.

Track registrations, ride postings, connections, and overall platform activity.

Gather student feedback and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.

Prepare brief weekly progress reports for the founding team.

Help develop strategies to expand TrueRideShare within the university community.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled at Rutgers, Ohio State, or Palm Beach State College.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using social media and engaging with fellow students.

Interest in entrepreneurship, technology, marketing, business, or project management.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

No previous startup experience required.
