2027 Summer Internship - Risk Department - London

Our Summer 2027 Internship in London offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build essential business acumen, and gain insight into our departments. Across twelve weeks, you will join the Risk Department, where you will develop your skills under the mentorship of business leaders and experienced colleagues.

Your role will involve meaningful tasks with clear objectives and goals, providing real responsibility from day one. Beyond your team, you will connect widely across the organisation through networking events with senior leaders and colleagues, training sessions, and a local charity initiative, all while building strong connections within the summer internship cohort.

By the end of the summer internship programme, you will have gained invaluable insights and particular skills to set you up for a successful career after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data analysis and automation 
• Design and build internal tools (e.g. in Python, Excel) 
• Document process improvements and share learnings with the wider team 
• Support ad-hoc projects Candidate Criteria

To be eligible for the programme, you must be an undergraduate who will be returning to University after you have completed the internship. No previous experience is required, we are looking for students who are intrigued and motivated to learn more about the financial world and are committed to learning more about Market Risk.
