We provide in-home care for older adults and individuals who need assistance with everyday activities. As a Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, feel supported, and continue doing the things that matter to them.

What You Will Do

Every client has different needs, so your responsibilities will vary depending on the care they require. Your work may include:

• Providing companionship and building positive relationships with clients.
• Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Helping with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Providing medication reminders as directed.
• Assisting with incontinence care, feeding, and other personal care needs.
• Transporting clients to appointments and other destinations when needed.
• Communicating with the Comfort Keepers office to support consistent, quality care.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for dependable, compassionate people who take pride in helping others and understand the importance of showing up for the people who count on them.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working with people and treating others with dignity and respect.
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to commit to your scheduled shifts.
• Can communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.
• Are comfortable assisting with hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
• Are willing to learn and follow care instructions and company procedures.
• Have a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and a qualifying driving record.
• Are willing to transport clients in your vehicle when required.
• Are at least 18 years old and able to meet applicable background screening, drug testing, and reference requirements.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide experience is welcome. Candidates with a genuine interest in helping others and the ability to meet the position requirements are encouraged to apply.

Where You Will Work

Our clients are located throughout Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Novi, Northville, and nearby communities.

All positions involve one-on-one care in clients' homes. Available shifts and client care needs vary.

Compensation and Employment

Starting pay: From $16.50 per hour

Weekend premium: Additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts

Pay frequency: Weekly

Employment type: Full-time and part-time opportunities

Typical weekly hours: Approximately 24–48, depending on availability and scheduling needs
