Position Overview

As an After School IA or BT, you will work directly with students in educational settings, providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support during after-school programming. These positions are ideal for individuals with experience in childcare, education, behavioral health, coaching, mentoring, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Instructional Aides (IA):

Assist students with classroom and after-school activitiesSupport academic enrichment programsMonitor student behavior and reinforce positive interactionsEncourage participation and engagement in activitiesCollaborate with program staff and school personnel

Behavior Technicians (BT):
