Full-time | Salary: $55,602 - $70,977 Annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist patients with healthcare program applications, review financial and medical information to determine eligibility, explain available coverage options, and ensure accurate and timely processing of applications for Medi-Cal and other healthcare assistance programs

Selection Requirements:

  • Completion of 60 semester units AND one (1) year of experience interviewing the public in connection with applications for financial assistance, credit, insurance, medical or hospital services, social security or workers' compensation
