Hiring Registered Behavior Technicians!

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the current school year. In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with students in a school setting, providing behavioral support and helping them achieve academic, social, and developmental success.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and document behavioral and academic data accurately.
• Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical teams.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and help students achieve individualized goals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school policies.
