Projects Team Member

Cascades is known for the service our dynamic “Ops” team provides. Ops team members responsibilities include:

• Work in small teams to clean and reset spaces around camp.
• Assist with mowing and groundskeeping tasks.
• Assist lifeguards with waterfront management.
• Assist in irrigation/watering of lawns and field spaces.
• Facilitate activities like waterslide, archery and archery tag.

Operations Team members will develop valuable skills in leadership, teamwork and management, basic maintenance and machine operation, and hospitality, and housekeeping.

Specific positions within this department are:

Projects Team - Performs cleaning and groundskeeping duties around camps many facilities.

Projects Team, Irrigation Focus - Maintains the health and longevity of our many lawns and forested spaces.
