Illinois Youth & Family Services (IYFS) is seeking a passionate, motivated, and community-driven Street Outreach worker committed to empowering youth, strengthening families, preventing violence, and creating safer communities.

Location: Joliet, IL (Onsite)

The Street Outreach worker will engage with at-risk youth and families in the community, connect them to resources and services, and work to prevent violence and support community safety.

Responsibilities include conducting street-level outreach to at-risk individuals and families, building relationships with community members, connecting clients to appropriate services and resources, supporting violence prevention initiatives, and collaborating with team members and community partners.

Requirements: Résumé, Valid state ID or driver's license, Social Security card, Proof of education (if applicable).

Compensation: $40,000 annually.
