Apprentus is looking for motivated and passionate Mandarin Chinese Teachers to provide private lessons to students of all ages and levels. Our platform connects skilled educators with learners seeking personalized language instruction.

We are currently recruiting freelance Mandarin Chinese Teachers to offer one on one lessons. Whether students are beginners learning the basics, intermediate learners improving communication skills, or advanced students refining fluency, your guidance will help them progress with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Teach Mandarin Chinese language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Explain grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, tones, and sentence structure clearly
Adapt lessons to each student’s level, goals, and learning pace
Encourage conversation and practical language use
Introduce cultural elements to enrich the learning experience
Prepare students for exams such as HSK or other language proficiency tests when needed
Provide constructive feedback to support progress
Manage your own schedule and lesson planning

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage
Good communication skills and a patient, supportive teaching approach
Reliable, organized, and self motivated
