Job Description:

  • Support the preparation, analysis, and delivery of client and investor reporting, ensuring reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered within established timelines.
  • Support the Client Services team with investor and prospective investor meeting preparation, including gathering and organizing relevant data and reporting materials.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and data processes to support client reporting and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm's databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the firm's client reporting processes, including identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Compliance as needed.
