About the Opportunity

Interested in filmmaking, video production, or creating original programming? IND TV is seeking creative students and emerging filmmakers who want to develop their skills, build their portfolios, and bring compelling stories to the screen.

Through IND TV, eligible projects may access an attractive revenue-sharing opportunity, giving creators the potential to earn income from their content. Revenue-sharing terms are established in a written agreement, and earnings are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing, planning, and producing original film and video projects.

Contribute to scripts, storyboards, production schedules, and creative concepts.

Film or edit content based on assigned projects and available resources.

Support sound, lighting, graphics, captions, and other production needs.

Collaborate remotely with creators and the IND TV team.

Prepare completed content and promotional assets for review.

Help confirm that submitted materials have the necessary permissions for distribution.

Qualifications

Currently studying film, television, digital media, communications, or a related field, or building a relevant creative portfolio.

A passion for visual storytelling and independent entertainment.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with video production or editing software is helpful.

Access to the equipment and software needed for your assigned role; requirements will be discussed before assignments begin.

Schedule and Compensation

This is a remote opportunity. Some production assignments may involve filming in your local area, as agreed in advance. Hours and project timelines will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation varies per project. Eligible content may generate revenue through advertising, sponsorships, product placement, or other agreed monetization opportunities. Revenue-sharing percentages and payment terms will be provided in writing before participation.
