Preschool Teaching Assistant

Meadowbrook is looking for a warm, dependable Preschool Teaching Assistant to join our Early Education team. Working alongside an experienced Lead Teacher in a play-based classroom, you’ll help our youngest students feel safe, curious, and known. Your day includes supporting small-group activities and daily routines, guiding children’s social-emotional growth, and sharing a friendly word with families at drop-off and pickup.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Director of Academic Advancement. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys young children, works well as part of a classroom team, and brings patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude to the work. College coursework in education, early childhood education, or child development (or a valid teaching certification) is required, and prior experience with young children is a plus.
