Visual Communications Associate Intern (Unpaid)

What You’ll Be Doing: Joining a Political Action Committee

As a Visual Communications associate intern, you will support the development of engaging visual content and communication materials that align with the PAC’s brand and messaging. You will collaborate with the communications and creative teams to create digital graphics, presentations, and other visual assets that effectively communicate ideas and engage target audiences. An associate must be willing to dedicate at least 5 hours per week to the PAC.  Training and guidance will be provided, and no prior experience is required. This is an entry level unpaid internship role; academic credit is available for students who want or need it. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing visual content for digital platforms, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications
• Develop graphics, layouts, and other creative assets that align with the PAC’s guideline
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate ideas and messaging into compelling visual content
• Organize maintain digital assets while ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy across communications

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar applications
• Strong visual design, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
