Director of Community | Board Leadership Opportunity

Are you great at bringing people together and creating a sense of community?

AI for Girls Enterprise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering future leaders, innovators, and CEOs, and we’re looking for a Director of Community to join our board.

Our community has grown to 500+ women across 71 countries, and we’re looking for someone who can help ensure those connections continue to grow stronger. While we host in-person events, much of our community is virtual, with LinkedIn serving as an important space for connection and engagement.

In this role, you’ll help:

• -Develop creative ways to keep our global community connected and engaged
• -Build opportunities for members to network, collaborate, and support one another
• -Strengthen engagement across LinkedIn and other virtual community spaces
• -Create new ideas, initiatives, and activities that encourage ongoing participation
• -Help members feel connected to AI for Girls Enterprise beyond individual events

You don’t need to be an AI expert. We’re looking for someone who is creative, engaging, comfortable working independently, and genuinely excited about bringing people together.
