What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest while building lasting relationships with our members.

Educate and Inspire: Confidently educate guests on our sauna and wellness services, explain their potential benefits, and help them find the experiences that best align with their wellness goals.

Lead Sales and Growth: Set goals, establish sales expectations, promote memberships and services, and motivate the team to achieve studio performance targets.

Support and Lead the Team: Help coordinate staffing, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.

Build Community: Develop meaningful connections with guests and help grow a community centered around health, recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Maintain Studio Excellence: Keep the space clean, inviting, and organized while ensuring every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience.

Lead by Example: Bring positive energy, professionalism, accountability, and a genuine passion for wellness to every shift.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely cares about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

An excellent communicator who enjoys connecting with people and educating them about wellness services.

Someone who is comfortable with sales, goal setting, and working toward measurable business objectives.

A positive, energetic personality who wants to make a meaningful impact on the local Florida community.

Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, fitness, or wellness is a plus.

What We Offer

$20 per hour

A consistent schedule of 30+ hours per week in a part-time position.
