Operations Coordinator

Location: Verona, Wisconsin Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Heritage Tile is a company of dedicated professionals making a difference by creating beautiful spaces and restoring historical places all around the world. We are redefining how tile is designed, produced, promoted and distributed.

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations; i.e. inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and made-to-order production, while learning the systems that get every order out complete, correct and on time. It is a hands-on entry point into supply chain and operations management.

ROLE
• Inventory support - ERP data entry, cycle counts and purchase order tracking
• Fulfillment and shipping - coordinating pick, pack and ship; booking freight; tracking shipments and returns
• Made-to-order production - production scheduling, supplies and records
• Vendor and carrier coordination - following up with suppliers and freight partners on orders and deliveries
• Quality and process documentation - logging fulfillment exceptions and keeping SOPs current
• Customer service support - answering order-status and shipping questions for the customer service team

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's or associate degree (completed by start date) in supply chain, operations, business, industrial engineering or a related field
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to learn new software
• Clear communicator, in writing and in person
• Comfortable working on a warehouse floor; able to lift 50 lb
Preferred
• Internship or work experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or retail operation
• Exposure to an ERP system
• Interest in design, architecture or building materials
