VanishID is the external identity security company. We stop the AI-powered attacks that use exposed identity information from the open and dark web to target executives, employees, and their families.

External identity data sits outside the perimeter, exposed and easy for AI agents to compile into a digital footprint.  That's enough to impersonate people, socially engineer them, or find them at home. VanishID's agents hunt for the same exposure around the clock. We score that exposure and initiate compensating controls, closing the paths before an attack sequence starts.

VanishID is growing and we want you to join our mission to keep people and enterprises safe. We are adding an entry-level Managed Services Analyst to our team, who will play a crucial part in delivering value to enterprise customers. This person will be an integral part of our Managed Services team. This is a unique opportunity to join us at this early stage, where you will feel the impact of your work every day and have an open runway for growth. We are a remote-first company and are open to candidates throughout the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do in the (entry-level) Data Protection Analyst role:

• Support the managed services team as directed, which could include supporting customer questions, conducting internet research, and developing reports
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and tracking systems
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have): 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using online search engines and internet browsers
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (nice to have): 

• Basic understanding of data privacy concepts
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
