TCK Education – International Worker

To learn more about becoming an international worker (IW) with Alliance Missions, go to Find Your Pathway into Alliance Ministry: Overseas. On this page you will find five steps that lead to applying to become an IW with The Alliance.

Step One encourages you to fill out the Next Steps Form. After filling this out, we will reach out to learn more about you, your story, and your calling. We will also share more about how to serve with the Alliance and what we are looking for in future workers.

These five steps typically take a couple of years as one requirement for serving overseas with Alliance Missions is two years of experience in the U.S. in your professional field. We also desire that you attend an Alliance church as an IW candidate, a church that will support you during this time of preparation and as you relocate overseas.
