ChildCare Careers is a staffing agency connecting passionate Early Childhood Educators with private and public schools throughout the Inland Empire. We have openings on a substitute, temporary, or permanent basis across a wide range of Child Development Centers — Infant/Toddler Centers, Preschools, and After-School Programs for Kindergarten through 8th grade.

The role

We're hiring at all levels: Aides, Assistants, Teachers, and Site Directors. If you work well with kids and want flexibility in your schedule, this is worth a look. You choose your working hours, and we'll place you at schools near you with the age group you enjoy most.

What you'll do

- Work in a classroom setting with children ranging from infants to 8th grade, depending on placement- Support lead teachers or independently manage a group depending on your level and experience- Follow age-appropriate curriculum and daily routines at assigned school sites- Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for all children- Communicate with school staff and ChildCare Careers coordinators regarding scheduling and placement

About you

- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or child development setting- Comfortable working in various environments — infant/toddler, preschool, or after-school programs- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently- Willing to obtain or already holds the following clearances and health requirements: - Fingerprint (DOJ/FBI) clearance - Health screening - TB test - Required immunizations

Nice to have

- Currently enrolled in or completed Early Childhood Education coursework- Experience across multiple age groups or classroom types- Familiarity with Title 22 regulations or state-licensed childcare requirements
