We're a growing software startup looking for a Client Operations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is analytical, highly organized, great with clients, and interested in working in a fast-moving startup environment.
About the Role
As a Client Operations Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of client success, data, and operations. You'll help ensure our clients get the most out of our platform, while also supporting internal processes that keep our business running smoothly.
What you'll do
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, answering questions and resolving issues quickly. Track and report on client KPIs and operational metrics using dashboards and Excel-based reporting tools. Support onboarding for new clients and help maintain documentation for existing accounts. Identify patterns in data that surface opportunities or flag risks for client accounts. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to relay client feedback and drive improvements. Help build and refine internal processes as we scale.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2–4 years of experience
- A background in business, analytics, or operations
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience working directly with clients/customers
- Comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Based in Cincinnati or willing to relocate
