Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Enter invoices, payments, and financial information accurately
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Help process customer invoices and payment information
• Assist with collections and customer account follow-up
• Reconcile information and identify discrepancies
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Assist the accounting team with special projects and daily tasks
• Learn how accounting supports the transportation and logistics operation
