About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. You'll work directly with children ages 1–2, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where little ones can grow, explore, and thrive. This role matters because the earliest years of a child's life set the foundation for everything that follows — and you'll be a big part of that.
What you'll do - Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development - Build warm, consistent relationships with toddlers and their families - Observe and document children's progress and share updates with parents - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment - Collaborate with co-teachers and program staff - Follow all licensing regulations and center policies - Manage daily routines: meals, nap time, transitions, and outdoor play
About you - Experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare or school setting - Understanding of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practice - Patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy spending your days with 1 and 2 year olds - Strong communication skills with both children and adults - Ability to get down on the floor, move around the classroom, and keep up with toddlers all day
Must haves - Completed and passed Child Growth and Development, 9 months of experience.
Nice to have - associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - CPR and First Aid certification
