What You'll Do• Research and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning frameworks, automation tools, and next-generation software solutions.• Evaluate new APIs, AI models, development frameworks, and software tools to identify practical applications and opportunities for innovation.• Develop, test, and refine AI-driven applications and experimental prototypes using Python and modern AI/ML libraries.• Work with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and automation tools to explore and develop new use cases.• Design and develop scalable internal APIs to support cross-team integrations and streamline access to core services.• Build proof-of-concept solutions and rapid prototypes to evaluate technical feasibility, performance, and potential business impact.• Write, test, debug, and optimize code primarily in Python, with opportunities to work with other programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL.• Integrate AI models, APIs, and automation tools into software prototypes and experimental applications.• Collaborate with team members on projects involving artificial intelligence, software development, automation, and emerging technologies.• Analyze technical challenges, experiment with different tools and frameworks, and identify effective solutions to improve existing processes and develop new capabilities.

Who You Are• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development fundamentals.• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, or natural language processing.• Experience or familiarity with Python libraries and frameworks used in AI/ML development is highly desirable.• Understanding of APIs, software integrations, and backend development concepts.• Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in researching, experimenting with, and learning new technologies.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach technical challenges creatively.• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.• Strong communication skills and willingness to share ideas, explore new approaches, and continuously learn.
