Location: Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe're looking for a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. You'll work directly with patients to provide preventive oral care, support the dentist's assessments, and help patients build lasting oral health habits. This is a patient-facing, hands-on role that sits at the center of our practice's day-to-day care.

What You'll Do- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing on a full patient schedule- Take and process dental X-rays following established safety protocols- Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings accurately in the patient chart- Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive therapies- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care routines- Review patient health histories and flag concerns for the dentist- Maintain a clean, sterile operatory between appointments in line with infection control standards- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth appointment flow

Requirements- Active state dental hygiene license (New York)- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene- Current CPR/BLS certification- Experience with dental radiography- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient-centered approach

Nice to Have- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)- Familiarity with periodontal charting and treatment planning- Bilingual skills a plus
