Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 speech-language therapy to clients in daycare and in-home settings
• Develop and implement individualized speech, language, and communication treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations
• Collect and document client progress data and clinical notes in CentralReach (experience preferred/required)
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members (e.g., BCBAs, OTs) to support each client’s holistic success and carryover of skills
• Keep therapy sessions safe, supportive, and positive

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Compensation and Schedule:

Pay range: $80,000-100,000/year
Hours: 35–38 hours per week
Benefits eligible
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime and after-school hours
Location: Salem, NH and surrounding areas
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Skills and Qualifications:

- Active & unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- At least 1 year of experience as an SLP
- CentralReach experience required
- Degree from an accredited college/university, with successful completion of a nationally recognized Speech Pathology program
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
