Salesforce Product Owner

This position is responsible for leading the documentation, prioritization and delivery of MDA business processes to a technical team for development in Salesforce, while ensuring that customer needs and business objectives are met. This role requires a deep understanding of the product vision, MDA business needs and the perspective of customers, as well as familiarity with Salesforce. Strong communication and collaboration skills that can guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes are essential. This position is primarily responsible for the production support roadmap, as well as directing and coordinating with MDA Division product owners in the documentation and delivery of new credentials and business processes into Salesforce.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four (4) years of experience in technical product planning or technical project management.  NOTE: An advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field may substitute for work experience: Doctorate (two years), Master’s (18 months), Bachelor’s (one year) and Associate’s (six months).
• At least one (1) year of direct experience working as a product owner.
• Experience with Salesforce on a development or implementation level.
• Experience successfully leading technical implementation projects.
• Experience working within an agile product management framework
