About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Influencer Talent Manager to bring their existing creator relationships onto our commercial platform while continuing to recruit and scale new talent.
In this role, you will act as the primary commercial rep for your roster. You will manage inbound brand deals, aggressively pitch outbound partnerships, and structure high-value contracts.

Core Responsibilities

-Roster Management & Growth
Bring & Transition Roster: Successfully integrate your existing creators onto the agency desk and establish clear monetization targets.
Select Recruitment: Continually identify, evaluate, and sign commercial-ready creators in lucrative niches (Tech, Gaming, Lifestyle, Wellness, Skincare) to expand your personal roster.
Talent Strategy: Serve as the primary point of contact for your creators, providing guidance on rates, brand fit, and long-term monetization.

-Sales & Deal Structuring
High-Ticket Negotiations: Pitch, structure, and negotiate brand deals
Commercial Rights Upselling: Maximize total contract value by packaging whitelisting/Spark Ads, paid usage rights, and joint co-posting on every campaign.
Repeat Business: Build long-term relationships with brand agencies and media buyers to drive recurring campaign renewals.

-Campaign Execution & Backend Integration
Contract & Deliverable Oversight: Work alongside our legal backend to issue contracts, enforce campaign terms, and ensure creator deadlines are met.
Operations: Utilize our automated invoicing and payment-collection desk to track campaign revenue and payout schedules seamlessly.

Full Backend & Legal Desk: Custom contract overrides, usage licensing agreements, invoicing, and payment collection handled for you.
Commercial Rate Frameworks: Direct access to our high-anchor pitch decks, rate card frameworks, and brand negotiation templates.
Agency Authority: Operate under an established agency domain and corporate umbrella to command higher brand budgets.

What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in influencer talent management, creator representation, or digital agency sales.
An active roster of 2 to 4 commercial-ready creators who want higher-ticket deal flow.
Deep understanding of creator monetization, usage rights pricing, and commercial licensing terms.
Aggressive, self-motivated negotiation skills with a track record of closing paid brand deals.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator inboxes and brand negotiations simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits: $50,000.00 - 100,000.00 Per Year

Commission-Only (Performance-Based Revenue Share). There is no base salary or corporate health benefit package. The agency collects a standard 20% commission on closed creator deals. The Influencer Talent Manager receives an aggressive 50% split of the agency's gross commission on all deals closed for their roster, as well as a 50% split on collaborative deals closed for the agency's core roster.
