About us

Headstart Careers uses AI to help students build standout resumes and career plans, and Social Studio is helping it grow.

The role

You are an AI resume and career rep. You show students how AI can sharpen their resume and job search, and you invite them to Headstart for more help. Fully remote, flexible hours, work around class.

What you do

Share quick before and after resume examples. Talk with students who are job hunting. Walk them through what Headstart offers and help them get started.

Pay

Commission only. No base pay. You earn commission on every student you bring in who enrolls, and top performers can move into paid team roles.

Who you are

Helpful, organized and curious about AI tools. No experience needed, we train you.
