The role

You are a school partnerships rep. You open doors at colleges, career centers and student organizations so more students can use Headstart. Fully remote, flexible hours, work around class.

What you do

Find career centers, clubs and professors who care about student outcomes. Send friendly intro messages and follow up. Set up intro calls with our team.

Pay

Commission only. No base pay. You earn commission for every partner or student group you bring in, and top performers can move into paid team roles.

Who you are

Polished, persistent and good at meeting people. No experience needed, we train you.
