Headstart Careers helps students from every school get a head start on finance and career opportunities, and Social Studio is helping it grow.

The role

You are a student outreach rep. You find students who want help landing internships and jobs, start the conversation, and point them to Headstart. Fully remote, flexible hours, work around class.

What you do

Reach out to students on social media, in group chats and through clubs. Share helpful career tips. Invite interested students to learn more. Follow up.

Pay

Commission only. No base pay. You earn commission on every student you bring in who enrolls, and top performers can move into paid team roles.

Who you are

Outgoing, helpful and well connected on campus. No experience needed, we train you.
