Sales Team Leader, Build Your Own AI Sales Team

About us

Social Studio The Agency helps businesses make more money with AI. We are building our sales team from the ground up and we want leaders to grow it with us.

What you will do

Sell, and lead. You will close your own deals, then recruit, train and coach setters and closers as the team grows, with direct support from the founder.

Schedule

Pick a consistent 6 to 8 hour block between 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern, with peak selling at 10 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM.

Pay

Commission only with no base pay. You earn commission on your own sales plus an override on the sales of the team you build. Leads and training are provided.

Who you are

Motivated, coachable and a natural leader who likes helping others win. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
