As a Co-Op Support Engineer, you’ll be part of a team that helps businesses thrive by keeping their technology reliable, secure, and future-ready. This role is designed for students who want to gain hands-on IT experience while working alongside seasoned engineers in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Why This Role Matters

You won’t just be sitting on the sidelines—you’ll be solving real problems, learning from senior engineers, and making a difference for clients every day. This is a chance to build the foundation for a career in IT while sharpening your technical skills and your ability to work directly with clients.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver a great client experience by responding to and resolving service desk tickets.
- Escalate issues smoothly when needed, ensuring clients always feel supported.
- Perform preventative maintenance on servers, devices, and networks.
- Test, stage, and install new hardware and software.
- Document common issues to help the team work smarter.
- Work side-by-side with engineers on client projects.
- Travel locally to client sites as needed.
- Take part in an on-call rotation to learn the realities of IT support.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the determination to drive issues to resolution.
- A passion for serving others and providing exceptional client support.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
- Working toward a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Citrix, CompTIA, or Apple are a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Gain

- Real-world experience across a broad range of IT systems and tools.
- Direct mentorship from senior engineers.
- Opportunities to sharpen your client service and communication skills.
- A path to potential full-time employment after graduation.
