Sales Service Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Service Intern to support customer-line commercial activities while also providing on-site support during the upcoming Detroit Auto Show. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations, sales support, and event management within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer-line sales activities related to ongoing and new business opportunities.
• Define, analyze, and summarize new business opportunities for internal review and decision-making.
• Assist with tariff recovery efforts, including analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure aligned commercial execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial documentation, reports, and customer information.
• Provide on-site support for exhibit and customer-facing activities during the Detroit Auto Show.
• Assist with event setup, execution, logistics, and teardown activities.
• Coordinate promotional materials, giveaways, and event supplies.
• Support customer, visitor, and stakeholder interactions during the event.
• Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required during the Detroit Auto Show and related event activities.
