About the Role We're looking for a Computer Scientist with a minimum of three years of experience to join our team at Robins AFB. You'll work on technically demanding problems that matter — designing, developing, and analyzing computing systems and software that support real mission requirements.

What you'll do - Design and develop software applications and computing systems - Analyze and evaluate existing systems for performance, reliability, and efficiency - Apply algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles to solve complex technical problems - Conduct research and development on emerging computing technologies - Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions - Document technical processes, architectures, and findings clearly

About you - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a computer science or software development role - Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Nice to have - Experience working in a DoD or government environment - Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or secure coding practices - Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline - Experience with systems integration or legacy system modernization
