About the Role:
Tutor Bellevue provides in-home 1:1 tutoring for K-12 families across Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Newcastle and Sammamish.
We're looking for a local, personable advisor to help families who've asked about tutoring find the right plan and get started with a tutor.
What you'll do:
- Follow up with families by phone and text, the same afternoon they reach out
- Explain our plans and how tutor matching works
- Log each conversation in our system (HighLevel)
About you:
- Experience in student advising, admissions, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
What we're looking for:
- You live on the Eastside and know the local schools and neighborhood
- Warm, clear communicator who is comfortable on the phone
- Background as a parent of school-age kids, teacher, counselor, or in a customer-facing role is a plus
The details:
- About 2–4 flexible hours a week, mostly short calls and texts
- Typically $400–1,000/month, with a $300/month guaranteed minimum for your first 60 days.
- Earnings grow as we expand to more Eastside communities.
- Independent contractor; background check required
