SETA Digital Transformation Lead

MATLOK Innovation is hiring a Digital Transformation Lead in Orlando, FL, supporting a Department of War customer as a SETA contractor. This position is contingent on funding and customer authorization.

What you'll do: lead digital transformation and modernization efforts through to real adoption; turn roadmaps into milestones; advise government leadership; lead technical teams; drive tool adoption and training.

Required: substantial experience, or experience plus education, in engineering, computer science, or IT; delivered digital transformation or modernization including adoption; depth in systems integration, digital engineering, workflow automation, enterprise architecture, or data/model management; technical team leadership; 8-20 years of experience; U.S. citizenship; current or recent DoD Secret clearance.

Desired: MBSE; digital thread and digital twin; data and model governance; APIs; cyber test and evaluation.

On-site in Orlando, FL. Travel under 20%. Position opens 10/26/2026. No visa sponsorship. Pay: $135,000-$200,000, depending on experience.
