SETA Cyber Vulnerability Test Specialist

MATLOK Innovation is hiring a Cyber Vulnerability Test Specialist in Orlando, FL, supporting a Department of War customer as a SETA contractor building realistic environments for cybersecurity testing, training, and experimentation.

What you'll do: hands-on penetration testing, red teaming, and adversary emulation within authorized scope; find, validate, exploit, and chain vulnerabilities; produce reproducible findings tied to mission risk.

Required: substantial experience, or experience plus education, in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or IT; strong networking, OS, and authentication fundamentals; offensive tools and scripting; DoD 8140 IAT II or IAM II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, CAP, CASP+ CE) now or within 6 months; 8-20 years of experience; U.S. citizenship; current or recent DoD Secret clearance.

Desired: weapon, embedded, or ICS systems; reverse engineering or exploit development; OSCP; test plans; DoW test and evaluation.

On-site in Orlando, FL. Travel under 20%. Position opens 10/26/2026. No visa sponsorship. Pay: $115,000-$180,000, depending on experience.
