CLEAR Sports Ambassador - Chase Center

Part-Time | Sports Ambassador/ Brand Promotion | San Francisco

Looking for a flexible part-time job in sports & entertainment?

CLEAR is looking for energetic, outgoing, and engaging individuals to join our team at Chase Center!

This is a part-time event marketing and promotional role where you’ll represent CLEAR during events, concerts, basketball games, hockey games, and other live events. You’ll engage directly with guests, promote the free CLEAR app, educate attendees on its benefits, and help CLEAR members have a smooth experience at the arena.

Have flexibility to work morning or afternoon and evening events

Are looking for flexible, part-time work in sports, entertainment, marketing, promotions, or customer engagement

Enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable approaching and engaging guests

Weekend availability is valuable, but strong weekday availability is especially important for this position.

What You’ll Do

As a CLEAR Sports Ambassador, you’ll be part of the fan experience at Capital One Arena. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting the free CLEAR app to guests attending events
  • Proactively approaching and engaging attendees to explain CLEAR and its benefits
  • Driving new membership enrollments through friendly, energetic conversations
  • Verifying CLEAR members using the CLEAR lane
  • Delivering a high-touch, positive customer experience in a fast-paced event environment
  • Balancing high guest volume while maintaining excellent service
  • Representing CLEAR professionally while working alongside our arena partners

You’ll Be Great at This Role If You Are:

  • Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people
  • Interested in marketing, promotions, sales, sports, entertainment, or customer engagement
  • A strong communicator who can quickly explain the value of a product or app
  • Energetic and comfortable working in a busy arena environment
  • Able to work independently while representing CLEAR professionally
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable balancing promotional goals with a great guest experience
  • Able to follow all safety, security, and venue procedures consistently

Role Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Weekday morning -afternoon/evening availability strongly preferred
  • Flexibility to work a variety of event-based shifts, including school breaks, holidays, and high-volume event periods
  • December and winter break availability is highly desired, as this is one of our busiest event periods
  • Candidates who are in school but have increased availability during winter break are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours per day

Must successfully complete applicable CLEAR and background screening requirements

This role may require successful completion of CLEAR, venue and/or government screening as applicable, including CLEAR background checks and a drug test.
