The Opportunity: Fast-Track to Leadership

Skip the years of waiting for a promotion. We are looking for high-potential, bilingual graduates for an intensive 6-9 month on-site training program. You will learn our local U.S. manufacturing workflows and grow up into a supervisor role ,leading your own operational team.

What you will do after the Training Program 

The purpose of the Production Supervisor is to execute our manufacturing processes and inventory control in a department. Generating purchasing requisition for the materials of product manufacturing as well as accessory items for sales orders. Responsible for staff training and supervision, production floor management, production lead time, quality assurance and inventory control. Coordinate with production coordinator for order status update. Working with purchasing team to manage/purchase inventory, based on daily operations. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Executing manufacturing process, procedure and SOP in a department
• Responsible for staff supervision, including employee training, performance review and attendance. 
• Daily staff arrangement based on production schedule, volume and complexity of orders and staff availability. 
• Implementing quality control process based on company standards to ensure our product quality. 
• Providing the updated order status and estimated ship date for customer service team. 
• Daily inventory control for production floor and warehouse.
• Review inventory and initiate purchase requisition to purchasing team.
• Responsible for yearly full physical inventory and cycle count 

What We Are Looking For

• Recent Graduates or 1–2 Years Experience 
• 1 yr production supervision/management experience is a plus.
• 1 yr inventory management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish 
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Desire to learn and advance within the company
• Ability to work effectively in ambient warehouse conditions
• Ability to be walking on your feet all day
• Natural leadership instincts with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, extreme attention to details and proactive problem-solving skills with positive thinking, down to the earth
