About the Position

Haasz Automall is looking for a creative, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Media & Technology Coordinator.

This unique position combines social media management, digital content creation, online reputation management, and day-to-day technology assistance. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, stays current with social media trends, understands the importance of a positive online reputation, and has a natural ability to troubleshoot technology.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn. Automotive experience is not required!

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Online Reputation

• Create engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including vehicle features, employee spotlights, dealership events, and promotional content.
• Design social media graphics.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple dealership brands.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages.
• Stay current with social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement.
• Capture photos and videos of dealership activities, employees, customers (with permission), and special events.
• Assist with website content updates and other digital marketing projects as needed.
• Monitor online reviews across Google and other relevant review platforms for all three Haasz businesses.
• Draft and publish professional, timely responses to customer reviews, following dealership guidelines.
• Assist with initiatives to encourage satisfied customers to leave online reviews.
• Track review activity, ratings, and customer feedback, escalating concerns or negative reviews to management when appropriate.

IT & Technology Support

• Provide basic technical assistance to dealership employees.
• Troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and software issues.
• Assist with setting up computers, monitors, printers, and other office equipment.
• Help maintain employee access to Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Assist with basic Wi-Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with outside technology vendors when advanced support is required.
• Help maintain and organize dealership technology equipment.
• Assist with technology upgrades, installations, and other IT-related projects.

General Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with dealership management and employees across multiple departments.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve dealership content, processes, and technology.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong interest in social media, digital content creation, and technology.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
• Comfortable using computers and troubleshooting everyday technical issues.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn new software, platforms, and technologies.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Education or coursework in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Emerging Media & Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows computers.
• Photography or videography experience.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, a willingness to learn, and the initiative to find solutions.
