Spring 2027 DNC Legal Internship

Interning at the DNC is a unique opportunity for hardworking, passionate future leaders to gain real life, hands-on experience in Democratic politics, strengthen their understanding of the political process, and prepare them for future political opportunities.

The program will run from January 11, 2027 to March 19, 2027 and will be conducted in an in-person, hybrid, or remote format. Interns based in the Washington, D.C. area will have the opportunity to perform in-person work for the DNC at the Democratic National Headquarters and DNC events. You must be located in the United States to apply for this internship.

The DNC Internship Program provides a $3,700 stipend. Housing is not provided. During the upcoming term, interns are expected to work 20 hours per week or up to the required number of hours for a documented and approved institutional program. 

The application deadline is November 6, 2026.

This internship is limited to current law school students and recent graduates. Do not apply if you are an undergraduate.
