The role
You book the meetings. Outbound by phone, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email. You qualify, you confirm, you protect show rates. Closers take it from there.
Responsibilities
- Run daily outbound across phone, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
- Qualify prospects against a clear checklist before booking
- Confirm appointments and chase no-shows so show rates stay high
- Hand off warm, briefed conversations to High-Ticket Closers
- Log every touch in the CRM and keep your dial/message numbers honest
- Use AI every day to personalize outreach and speed up research
AI Requirements
You must already use AI every day with your own Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT account. Be ready to show how you use it for outreach, research, or follow-ups. We hire people who already live in these tools — not people who plan to start later.
Must-haves
- Outbound experience (SDR, setter, BDR, cold calling, campus sales, or hustle that looks like it)
- Numbers: dials/messages per day, meetings booked, show rate, or a concrete booking win
- Thick skin, fast fingers, and a voice that gets people to reply
- Comfortable with commission-only pay and daily activity targets
- US work authorization preferred
Compensation
Commission only, starting at 20% and increasing with performance. You earn on the meetings that show and the deals that close from your book. Leads lists, scripts, and training provided. Rate goes up as you perform.
