Fashion Career Advancement Program | Los Angeles, CA | Full Time | On Site | $50K to $70K+ depending on role and experience 

About the program: 

AFA Staffing’s Career Advancement Program connects fashion professionals with full time roles at apparel and accessories brands in Los Angeles. This isn’t a single opening. When you join, our hiring managers get to know your background and goals, then match you with the roles where you’re the strongest fit.

The program starts with a screening call with a member of our hiring team. We’ll review your experience, talk through which paths make sense for you, and share additional details regarding our program.

Roles we regularly recruit for include but are not limited to: 

Wholesale Sales Associate, Sales Representative, Trade Show Coordinator, Account Executive, E-commerce Coordinator, Apparel Product Developer, Design, and Product Development.

Who we’re looking for: 

Experience in the fashion industry, such as wholesale, showroom, retail, e-commerce, merchandising, product development or design. Strong communication and relationship building skills, Interest in growing your career on the business side of fashion. Open to full time, on site work in Los Angeles. Authorized to work in the United States. Currently in LA or willing to relocate.

One on one guidance from hiring managers who work directly with LA brands. Access to roles that may not be posted publicly. Support preparing for interviews with specific brands. Clear information about pay and growth for each role you’re considered for.
