We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Part-Time Store Manager to join our team!

Position Details & Benefits:

Approximately 30 hours per week

Weekend availability required

What We're Looking For:

Strong retail experience, preferably in a management or leadership role

Proficiency in Shopify is a must

Experience with inventory management, stock control, and organization

A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

Ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment

Someone who takes pride in their work and treats the business like it's their own

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee daily boutique operations

Manage inventory, receiving, restocking, and stock accuracy

Maintain beautiful, engaging merchandise displays

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Support sales goals and overall store performance

Help keep the store organized, efficient, and running smoothly
