Real Estate Valuation Analyst

This position involves researching real estate, economic, and demographic trends, as well as other aspects of real estate market analysis and analysis. Responsibilities include conducting research and summarizing information for project managers.

The ideal candidate is interested in becoming a commercial real estate appraiser. Required skills include strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Word, multitasking, deadline management, and cross-functional communication. 

While the position is ideally on-site in our St. Louis office, it may be hybrid.
