About the Role

Aldridge Pite Haan is a well-established multi-state law firm specializing in legal collections. We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) call center representative to join our team at our Buckhead office. This role is central to how we serve clients and work with individuals to resolve outstanding balances.

What you'll do

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls — around 125 per day- Negotiate payment arrangements that work for both parties- Collaborate with teammates to hit team goals and maintain service quality- Follow compliance guidelines closely; this is a regulated environment and accuracy matters- Show up. Consistent attendance is a real requirement here, not a formality

About you

- Fluent in English and Spanish — written and spoken- Comfortable on the phone in a fast-moving, high-volume environment- Able to negotiate professionally and with empathy- Detail-oriented when it comes to documentation and following procedures- Team player who takes the work seriously
